Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting any personal information you share with us. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it and your rights.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Flynt Studio Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"), based in the United Kingdom. If you have any questions about this policy or your data, please contact us at:

2. What information we collect

a. Data you provide directly

When you use our contact forms, you may provide:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Any message or enquiry details

This form is securely hosted on Microsoft Azure (UK South region) and submitted using HTTPS encryption. Data from the form is processed and stored only within the UK. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry or provide the service you requested.

b. Data collected automatically (analytics)

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use our site. GA4 anonymises all IP addresses and does not use data for advertising or profiling. It helps us understand general traffic patterns such as:

  • Which pages are viewed most often
  • How visitors navigate through the site
  • The countries (not specific locations) of visitors

You can learn more about GA4 privacy here: Google Analytics 4 Privacy

3. Cookies

Our site uses a few small cookies to help it function and to collect anonymous analytics data. We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking personal behaviour. See our Cookie Policy for details.

4. Hosting and infrastructure

Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and our contact form is hosted on Microsoft Azure (UK South).

Cloudflare Pages delivers the website globally and protects it from attacks. It may temporarily process your IP address for security and caching purposes.

Microsoft Azure (UK South) processes contact form submissions entirely within the UK. Azure complies with UK GDPR and ISO/IEC 27001 standards for information security.

5. How we use information

We use information only for:

  • Operating and improving the website
  • Responding to messages submitted via the contact form
  • Analysing anonymous, aggregated site traffic

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing.

6. Legal basis for processing

Under UK and EU data protection law, our lawful bases are:

  • Legitimate interests (site security, analytics)
  • Consent (when you submit the contact form)

7. Data retention

Analytics data in GA4 is retained for up to 14 months.

Contact form submissions are stored for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and manage follow-up, then deleted securely.

8. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Request correction or deletion
  • Withdraw consent at any time
  • Complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you believe your data has been mishandled
